The idea for this blog came to mind as an outlet for this introvert to release the never-ending thoughts in my head regarding a recent diagnosis of breast cancer at the age of 40. I inherited what I lovingly refer to as “ping-pong brain” from my Dad, albeit at a slower rate. So, since this diagnosis, the rollings in my head need somewhere to be free. I hope you enjoy, some of you connect….. and eventually, this will be about something other than cancer.
My name is Becky Redwine Clendenin. I am 40 years old. My husband, Phil, and I have been married for 12 years. We have two sons, Pete and Ben, who I am deeply in love with that drive me absolutely insane……. and 2 dogs and a cat that do the same.

My Homies
These three right here are inseparable buddies. I always tell my husband that his two best friends are still his roommates. When they take off into the world, he won’t know what to do with himself. And I don’t play soccer, so…..
I love these three at a ridiculous level.
My other children
You can never have too many animals (my husband disagrees:). These three always show love even in the midst of tough days at home. I am their person. I get picked by them daily…… such a good feeling.
My Addiction
There are definitely worse things (admittedly done some of those too), but this addiction is real. If I don’t have it, my lips will rot off. It’s become my present for all birthdays, holidays, anydays…. and I have a bowl full of fresh ones just waiting to be opened, used 3 times, then lost in the oblivion.
